Design transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and KPI frameworks.
Develop business cases and implementation plans for digital initiatives.
Support clients in identifying high-impact use cases for AI and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
Support governance, implementation, and value realization programs.
Conduct process assessments and recommend operational improvements.
Develop presentations, reports, and executive-level recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support delivery across multiple workstreams.
Monitor program progress, risks, and performance metrics.
Must have
2-7 years of consulting, transformation, or strategy experience.
Experience in digital transformation, AI, enterprise architecture, or process improvement.
Experience working with government, enterprise, or financial services clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client priorities.
Experience preparing executive presentations and client deliverables.
Nice to have
Experience with AI use cases, automation technologies, or data-driven transformation programs.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and operating model design.
Experience in change management and benefits realization.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
